Job Role: On-Boarding Coordinator (TNVS Company: On-Site Job)

Location: Marikina and Mandaluyong On-Site
Job Type: 6-Month Project-Based
Salary: Php 16,500/month

Are you a detail-oriented, great communicator with a pleasing personality? We are looking for an On-Boarding Coordinator to assist clients in enrolling their cars to a TNVS (Transport Network Vehicle Services) company.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in submitting and completing the necessary documents to enroll their cars into the TNVS program.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all required documents.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure all requirements are met.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to client on-boarding.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Work on a rotating schedule as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Pleasing personality and customer-focused attitude.
Keen attention to detail.
Experience in data entry or encoding is a plus, but not required.
Open to Fresh Graduates.
Willing to work on a rotating schedule.
Able to work in our Marikina or Mandaluyong office.
