We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid search and performance marketing campaigns. In this role, you will manage and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, other PPC platforms, and Social Media platforms ensuring maximum ROI through data-driven strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute high-performing paid search campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize Social Media ad campaigns, PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve ad relevance and performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.), making data-driven adjustments.
Manage budgets, bids, and A/B testing strategies to maximize conversions and reduce ad spend waste.
Implement conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to enhance landing pages and improve Quality Score.
Stay updated on Social Media Ads and Google Ads trends, automation, and AI-driven bidding strategies
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio for reporting and insights.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Ability to create ad hoc campaigns, ad group, ads and assets within Google or Social Media Ads

Requirements

4+ years of experience in SEM and performance marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and other Social Media Platforms, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max), Bing Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite Insights, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
Proficiency in A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Experience managing large-scale ad budgets efficiently.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO best practices.
Familiarity with AI-driven campaign strategies and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with eCommerce PPC strategies (Google Shopping, Feed Management, Dynamic Remarketing).
Familiarity with Python or SQL for data analysis is a plus.
Knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a bonus.
